Everyone who is seeing this message, Universal Studios unfortunately won't be reopening Nickelodeon Studios. The only reason it closed is because the attraction lost visitors and they were losing money. If they did, they might only reopen it just for the time capsule that was placed there, before being placed in the Nick Hotel, then the Nickelodeon Animation Studios in California. But all I know is that I don't think Nick Studios will reopen, so anything that says #bringbacknickstudios or any other words like that won't work.

As a Steven K said, this area is occupied by Music USA Festivals. I've been a band director for 34 years. I have taken my band here countless times.

Soundstage 33 is occupied by Music USA Festivals. They have school music groups (bands, choirs, etc) come in to perform for judges within the soundstage and are graded on the performance. Then the kids are allowed to enter the park. It's a great opportunity for kids to enhance their musical experience as well as enjoy a great field trip to a theme park.

I spent my time there from December 1989-March 1990 for basic training. Most of 1990 and early 91 for "EM" A-school and Nuke power. left 91 to head to Connecticut for prototype. Haven't been back since. Just found out it was closed. Kind of sad. Always said I was going to revisit old stomping grounds, now I wish I had.
